CAN I PLACE AN ORDER, WILL BLACKARA.CO DELIVER MY ITEM(S)?
Yes, blackara.co operations are currently continuing. However, our delivery times may take a little longer than usual. You can find updated delivery times on the product detail page for each item, and for your order in the checkout.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can easily and conveniently browse through blackara.co and add any product you like to the cart. Once you are ready to confirm your order, you can proceed to check-out by viewing your cart to make sure the list is correct and then you can securely pay for your order.
WAITING FOR A DELIVERY?
Double-check your expected delivery date under Account>Orders before getting in touch. Please bare in mind this date is an estimate and some deliveries may take longer. We are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Depending on the shipping option you chose and manufacturer. At check-out we have shown estimated delivery time for each option.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
At the moment, we don’t do returns. However, if you are eligible for a refund, you will be refunded. Please check Refund Policy for details.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
You may be able to cancel an order before it is shipped by logging into your account and view your orders and make necessary amendments or cancellation, so the quicker you proceed to cancel your order, the better chance you have it can be cancelled. If you ordered as a guest, please contact us to address your request.
